Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing the business by finding and retaining clients, building solid relationships with them, and developing and executing business strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, developing business pitches, managing projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collect and maintain client information
  • Implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents
  • Identify trends and potential business deals
  • Screen potential business deals and recommend investments
  • Close new business deals and coordinate requirements
  • Protect the organization’s values and embed them as KPIs
  • Develop project scopes and objectives
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain customer and project documentation
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Interact closely with the implantation team and report to the Head of Business Development.
  • Be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company’s footprint.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of the business consulting and data optimization industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
